These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TLW Financial website and your participation in TLW Financial SMS communications.

SMS consent and message types

Our consultation form collects SMS consent through two separate optional checkboxes, both unchecked by default. When you provide your mobile number and select the transactional checkbox, you agree to receive transactional, non-marketing messages from TLW Financial related to your account, orders, or services you have requested, including appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications, among others. When you select the marketing checkbox, you agree to receive marketing and promotional messages from TLW Financial, including special offers, discounts, and new product updates, among others. Each checkbox authorizes only its corresponding message type.

Providing a phone number alone does not authorize SMS. You can submit an email inquiry without providing a phone number or consenting to SMS.

SMS eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to and receive SMS messages from TLW Financial.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency may vary based on your requests and interactions with TLW Financial. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request. After that, TLW Financial will not send additional SMS messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email info@tlwfinancial.com, or call 1-908-540-6657.

No purchase requirement

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from TLW Financial.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery may be affected by your carrier, device, coverage, or other factors outside TLW Financial’s control.

Privacy

For information about how TLW Financial collects, uses, and protects personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared for their own messaging purposes; they may be shared only with providers needed to deliver the requested messaging service.
