Information you provide

When you request a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, coverage interest, and other information you choose to include. Form submissions are processed by our form-service provider and delivered to TLW Financial.

How information is used

We use information you send to respond to your inquiry, discuss insurance products or services you requested, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS communications

Consent is collected through two separate optional checkboxes on our consultation form, both unchecked by default: one for transactional, non-marketing messages and one for marketing and promotional messages. If you provide a mobile number and select the transactional checkbox, TLW Financial may send messages related to your account, orders, or services you have requested, including appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications, among others. If you select the marketing checkbox, TLW Financial may send marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and new product updates, among others. Each checkbox authorizes only its corresponding message type. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own messaging purposes. Sharing and protection

Information may be shared with insurers, service providers, or professional advisers only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate coverage options, provide requested services, or meet legal requirements. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Cookies and hosting

The website platform may use essential technical data, such as device, browser, security, and access information, to operate and protect the site. TLW Financial does not currently use the site to run behavioral advertising.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete information we control, subject to legal and record-retention requirements. You may also ask us not to contact you further.
